Since opening our doors in 1988, Judy Marsales Real Estate has carved a special niche as one of our area’s few independently owned and operated real estate firms. Headed by Judy Marsales, Judy Marsales Real Estate Inc. has grown to approximately 40+ sales associates working out of two offices conveniently located in Main Street West in Westdale and Locke Street South in downtown Hamilton. Judy Marsales Real Estate serves clients in Hamilton, Ancaster, Burlington, Dundas, Waterdown, Flamborough, Stoney Creek and surrounding areas.

Judy has been an outspoken champion for the city of Hamilton as the president of the Hamilton and District Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and as past president of the Business Executives Organization, and has served on a long list of community boards and associations. Until the closure of the Radio Station, Judy Marsales had hosted a 1 hour radio show "Sold on Hamilton", which highlighted some of the city's community supporters, musicians and innovations.

The 1 hour radio show previously aired on the first Saturday of each month on AM 900 CHML, a local Hamilton Radio Station until the station abruptly shut down in 2024. The radio station closed abruptly on August 14, 2024, after nearly 97 years on the air, with its owner Corus Entertainment citing declining ad revenue and technological shifts as reasons for shutting down the historic news-talk station.
