Sales Representative
Mike, a Professional Engineer, brings 18 years of experience in the real estate business to his credit. For thirteen of these years, Mike offered professional assessments of homes and buildings as a Certified Home Inspector. Mike also provided training to new home inspectors in addition to providing educational lectures for the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.
Mike graduated from Carson Dunlop's Commercial Building course and is a Certified Reserve Fund Planner having completed the Real Estate Council of Canada's Program. It is for these reasons that Mike uses the tag line of "Mike Knows Homes".
Prior to real estate, Mike spent twenty years in the manufacturing sector as a Plant Manager in the heavy steel fabrication sector having responsibilities for a staff of over 200 people and a multi-million dollar budget. Mike knows how to interpret numbers and how value judgments can affect your decisions. Mike will enable you to make good decisions with guidance and advice based on solid knowledge and experience.
